I'll be heading to Salt Lake City this weekend for an awesome conference for my health coaching biz. So excited to be with my mentor coach and fellow coaches. We'll be doing all kinds of trainings and listening to highly successful people. I've let my biz slip to the back burner while I went through the divorce....it just really sucked the life out of me. I'm looking forward to re-launching my business to help people get healthy.
On Sunday, I'm tagging along with a fellow LDS health coach to Sacrament meetings. Hopefully we can swing by Temple Square so I can be agog with the other tourists.
All this to say...I may be laying a little low this week, but I'll catch you on the flip side........
